Anxiety

Hi Viv hope you are well! I have been meaning to contact you, to thank you for helping me to manage my anxiety. I try to live for the moment and a few other things you have taught me. I’m sorry I haven’t contacted you I was in a very dark place – perhaps I could drop in for a cuppa sometime? You are a very warm person I enjoyed my time with you. Stress

I can truly see a difference in my face and feel a huge difference in my mind, not etched with stress or worry anymore.
